Connectomics
A coordinated, global map of the brain: what's known, what's missing, who is working on what, and open negative results.
The core idea here is coordination. Instead of many isolated projects making local progress, I'm interested in what it would look like to maintain a live, global map of the human brain and the research landscape around it.
That includes: which regions and questions are well characterised, which are neglected, which groups are working on what, and where negative or inconclusive results are being produced but not surfaced.
This page will track attempts to turn that into a real structure rather than just an abstraction.
